1. What Glia Guru Is
Glia Guru is a managed dashboard that reads your Obsidian vault, syncs through your own Supabase instance, and generates AI context files for coding agents. Glia Guru is provided by Glia Hong Kong Holdings Co., Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (CR 79614428), with its registered address at Room 5003, 5F Yau Lee Centre, 45 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.
2. The BYOA Architecture and Data Ownership
Glia Guru operates on a Bring Your Own Account model. You provide: your Obsidian vault (stored on your machine), your Supabase project (hosted in your own account). We provide: the dashboard layer, the AI context engine, and the sync infrastructure.
Your vault files remain on your machine. Your database remains in your Supabase account. Glia Guru reads from and writes to these systems but does not store copies of your data on our infrastructure. If you cancel your subscription, your vault and database remain exactly as they were.
3. Pre-Launch Waitlist
During the pre-launch phase, Glia Guru collects email addresses via a waitlist form. By submitting your email, you consent to receiving product updates, early access invitations, and pricing information from Glia Guru. We will not sell, share, or disclose your email address to third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us at the address below.
4. Subscription Terms
Once launched, Glia Guru will offer two subscription tiers: Basic ($5/month) and Standard ($10/month). Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. All prices are in USD. There are no per-seat fees and no usage metering.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Glia Guru to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the dashboard or AI context engine; interfere with or disrupt the service; use the service for any unlawful purpose; share your account credentials with third parties.
6. Service Availability
Glia Guru is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glia Hong Kong Holdings Co., Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (using the address associated with your account or waitlist entry) at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
